Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Whipped cream and additional caramel sauce for topping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar
Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan
Bake for 8-10 minutes
Let it cool
Arrange pecan halves, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows on the cooled crust
Drizzle caramel sauce over the top
In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until smooth
Pour the pumpkin mixture over the pecans, chocolate chips, and marshmallows
Bake for 25-30 minutes until set
Let it cool completely
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
Before serving, top with whipped cream and drizzle with additional caramel sauce
