Lesbian Bars Becontree

Marinating these Spicy Yogurt Chicken Kabobs in a tasty yogurt-based mixture makes the chicken tender and juicy with a kick of spice. For a great summer meal, serve them with a cool cucumber mint chutney.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

Olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

To make a marinade, mix it well

Make sure the chicken cubes are well covered when you add them to the marinade

Put the dish in the fridge for at least two hours, or overnight for the best results

Making the cucumber mint chutney will take some time while the chicken is marinating

Cut up the cucumber, mint leaves, red onion, lemon juice, and olive oil and put them in a separate bowl

Add pepper and salt

Put it in the fridge until youre ready to serve

Warm up the grill or broiler over medium-high heat

Stick the chicken cubes that have been marinated on the wet wooden skewers

The chicken skewers should be grilled or broil for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked all the way through and the edges have a nice char

The Cucumber Mint Chutney should be served on the side with the hot Spicy Yogurt Chicken Kabobs

Have fun with your tasty kabobs
