Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can 10
- 75 oz condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked
Drain excess fat
Transfer the cooked ground beef to the slow cooker
Add uncooked rice, shredded cheddar cheese, condensed cheddar cheese soup, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
Stir to combine
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the rice is tender and cooked through
