Ingredients:
- 1 box golden cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Yellow food coloring
- Lollipop sticks
- Yellow candy melts
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions:
Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F
Mix the eggs, vegetable oil, water, and golden cake mix in a big bowl
Blend until thoroughly blended
Fill a cake pop mold with batter that has been floured and oiled
When a toothpick inserted into the cake pops out clean, the cake has been baked for 15 to 20 minutes
Let the cake pops cool all the way through
Melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second bursts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in between to ensure smoothness
After the cake pops have cooled, crumble them into fine crumbs and move them to a large mixing bowl
Creamy texture is achieved by beating softened butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl
Incorporate the buttercream mixture thoroughly into the crumbled cake pops
To get the desired golden color, add yellow food coloring and thoroughly mix
Create tiny cake pop balls out of the mixture, then place a lollipop stick inside of each one
As directed on the package, melt the yellow candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl
Make sure every cake pop is completely covered by dipping it into the melted candy melts
Before the candy coating hardens, place the coated cake pops on a tray lined with parchment paper and garnish with sprinkles
Before serving, let the cake pops cool and the candy coating solidify
