Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts optional, for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
In a bowl, mix together oats, flour, cocoa powder, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined
Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crust is set
In a small saucepan, heat peanut butter and chocolate chips over low heat until melted and smooth
Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream until well combined
Pour the chocolate peanut butter mixture into the tart crust, spreading it evenly
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until set
Garnish with chopped peanuts if desired before serving
