Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C
