Ingredients:
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter or ghee, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish optional
- Celery sticks and ranch dressing, for serving optional
Instructions:
Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 450F 230C
Put parchment paper on the bottom of a baking sheet
To make a batter, put almond flour, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together
Coat the cauliflower florets evenly with the batter, then put them on the baking sheet that has been prepared
The cauliflower should be baked for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is golden and crisp
Melt butter or ghee and add it to another bowl
Set it aside
When the cauliflower is done, add the hot sauce mixture and toss it around until it is well covered
Put the cauliflower back on the baking sheet and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes to make the coating more crispy
If you want, you can sprinkle chopped parsley on top
Serve hot with celery sticks and ranch dressing for dipping
