Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 small jicama, peeled and julienned
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Diced avocado, julienned jicama, cherry tomatoes cut in half, chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro should all be put in a large bowl
Pour olive oil and lime juice over the salad ingredients
Add pepper and salt to taste
Toss the salad gently until everything is well mixed
You can serve the salad right away or put it in the fridge to make a cool salad
